Our Conference and Meeting Rooms at a Glance

Deben Suite

With stunning views from all three balconies, high ceilings, and it's own private facilities, the Deben Suite is ideal for the larger conference or exhibition.  With the use of a partition, the room is also able to be split into two function rooms - ideal for syndicate breakouts.  The Suite is the largest of our meeting rooms, seating up to 300 delegates theatre style and 110 cabaret style.

The Vista

With panoramic views over the golf course, this room lends itself well for small to medium sized conferences, with seating up to 70 delegates theatre style and 36 cabaret style.

The Waveney

The Waveney is located beneath the Vista room seating up to 100 delegates theatre style and 40 cabaret style.

The Orwell

The Orwell is Octagonal in shape with skylight windows.  This room is light and airy and is ideal for a meeting of up to 35 theatre style and 18 cabaret style.

The Boardroom

As the name suggests, this room hosts a large Mahogany Boardroom table, ideal for private meetings for up to 12 delegates.
