Golfers can stay in our modern, comfortably appointed Best Western Connoisseur hotel and can play our challenging 18 hole golf course, which plays host to prestigious events such as the Sky televised PGA Euro-Pro Tour. Our breaks also include dinner, full English breakfast, and complimentary access to our Health Club, with its deck-level swimming pool.
Thanks to the free draining nature of our soil and this part of Suffolk being one of the driest places in the country, the course is normally playable in the wettest of periods. Even trolley bans are extremely rare. This makes Best Western Ufford Park an especially good location for golf breaks in Suffolk in the Autumn and Winter and this is why we were recently voted a Top 10 Winter Golf Course by Today’s Golfer.
For those learning or improving, we offer residential Tuition Breaks. These include either 4 or 8 hours of tuition at the on-site Doctorgolf Teaching Academy which is an excellent way to introduce yourself to the game or ensure that you arrive home a better golfer than when you left. For none golfers we also offer Leisure and Spa breaks so your partner need not be left at home.
