Wedding Shows
We regularly hold Suffolk wedding fairs at Best Western Ufford Park. These are open to the general public and are an excellent way to view our facilities and see a host of services which are integral to your wedding day, such as florists, bridalwear, photographers, cakes and jewellery etc. Our annual Wedding Show in Suffolk is held in early January each year.

Our next Wedding Open Day is being held at Ufford Park on Sunday 4th March 2012.
This will be a non-exhibitor event but will give you the opportunity to view our fabulous Deben Suite set up for a wedding breakfast and civil ceremony, with its balconies overlooking the golf course. Our skilled staff will be on hand to answer any questions and to give help and advice with respect to the specific details of your special day. This event will give you the perfect opportunity to see the hotel in a life like scenario, under no obligation.
The event will run from 11.00 am - 2.00 pm and entry and car parking are both free.
In the meantime, should you wish to visit us and see the range of function rooms available, please call our Events Department on 01394 383555, Ext 302 and we will be pleased to make an appointment for you at your convenience.
At Ufford Park we publish a Wedding & Events Directory every two years, which recommends suppliers of both Wedding & Event services. The next edition of our Directory will be published later this year and 3,000 copies will be printed. We are always looking to add additional services to our Directory, though we do try to limit entries to 2 per category.
The Directory is available to download on our website, included in all Wedding Brochures and is also available to pick up in various locations throughout the hotel.
A further benefit of advertising in the wedding directory is the opportunity to attend the annual Ufford Park Wedding Show, which is held in January each year, at a special rate. This event is very successful with more than 130 brides and their families attending.
