Health & Wellbeing Guide
Prior to using any of the facilities, we will conduct a consultation, completing a health form and providing a tour of the facilities. Please make us aware of any medical conditions that may prevent you from having specific treatments, or using some of the facilities before arrival, so we can advise accordingly. Please consult your GP before arriving with us if you are pregnant or suffering an illness. Some treatments may require you to have a doctor’s note before we carry out the treatment. In cases where there is a health concern, we may refuse to carry out the treatment without a doctor’s note.
We offer a specially designed massage treatment for expectant and nursing mothers. Some of our treatments however are not suitable for you during this special time, so please allow the Spa Team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer any spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Please keep yourself hydrated. Complimentary water and herbal teas are provided in our Thermal Suite relaxation area. This is particularly important after your treatment.
Magazines are available in the spa relaxation area, however, please do feel free to bring your own or a favourite book!
It is appropriate to remove jewellery during a spa treatment. Any personal property brought onto the site is the responsibility of the guest. Lockers are available in the changing rooms but we do advise you to leave any valuables at home. We are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage incurred to your personal belongings.
