To help you make the most of your time with us and to allow us to provide you with the best possible level of service, we have put together the following spa etiquette guide.
The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones, pagers or cameras within the spa.
It is advisable to arrive at the Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment reservation so your treatments can start on time and you are able to enjoy the facilities and relax fully. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time but treatments will still be charged at full price.
Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the spa. All under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
What to Bring
Swimwear must be worn in the spa. For your comfort we will provide you with a robe, towel and slippers to use throughout your visit. Lockers are available for your personal belongings (requiring a £1 coin) however, we strongly recommend that you leave all valuables and jewellery at home. Paper underwear will be provided for body treatments if you so wish.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is taken when booking ALL spa experiences and treatments.
This deposit can be carried over to another appointment if 24 hours or more notice of cancellation is given. Group bookings of more than 6 people will require one weeks’ notice. “No shows” and on the day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment or experience price.
