Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Full-time

Short Summary & Key Responsibilities of the role:

To be responsible for working alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen function activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.

To provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes and contribute to menus.

To contribute to identifying chefs with talent, training and developing.

To be responsible and accountable for running the daily functions

The position requires a flexible approach to a variety of shift patterns, split shifts weekend shifts. This position also requires a flexible approach to cover during periods of staff shortfalls.

Job reference: BT/04/22

Salary: 18 yrs – 20 yrs - £9.00 per hour; 21 yrs – 22 yrs - £9.18 per hour; 23 yrs+ - £9.55 per hour.

Hours: As required up to 37.5 hours per week – Zero hours contract - minimum 3 shifts a week to include either 2 week day shifts and one weekend shift, or 1 week day shift and 2 weekend shifts

Short Summary & Key Responsibilities of the role:

As Bartender you will ensure that all guests are served to the company standard in the Park Bar, Lounge or Restaurant areas, as well as support the team during Events, such as weddings, party nights etc, within our two Function Room Bar’s.

You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. 

The position requires a flexible approach to a variety of shift patterns and includes morning shifts, late evening and weekend shifts.  A minimum age of 18 is required due to bar work.

Salary: £9 per hour age 18-20 / £9.18 per hour age 21-22 / £9.55 per hour age 23+

Hours: 6:30 am to 11:30 am up to 5 days a week, which will include a weekend shift. We are looking for a minimum commitment of 3 shifts a week. Full time hours (37.5 hours a week) are available.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Full-time

Short Summary & Key Responsibilities of the role:

To provide excellent back up to the Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking in the absence of the Head Chef and Senior Chefs.

To provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes and contribute to menus.

To take an active part in the training & development of Commis Chef’s, Trainee Chefs & Kitchen Assistants.

To be responsible and accountable for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s or Senior Sous Chef’s absence during the shift.

Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, as well as working some weekends/evenings throughout the year to attend sponsored events or corporate networking events.

We’re seeking an innovative and versatile Digital Marketing Executive, on a temporary basis to cover maternity cover of between 9 to 12 months, to help promote our brand and services.  They will need the ability to identify new marketing leads and the expertise to translate these into digital campaigns to boost brand, awareness and reputation.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be creative and proactive with the drive and ambition to develop, and must be able to work on their own initiative, have a positive approach and the confidence to put forward their own ideas when appropriate.

The position of Kitchen Porter is to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring that the day to day cleaning and tidying of all food areas is completed, and that all deliveries are checked in and stored in the correct places.

This position calls for reliability and the ability to work using your own discretion and the skill and ability to consistently achieve standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

The position requires a flexible approach to a variety of shift patterns and includes breakfast shifts and weekend shifts including bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Ufford Park Ltd has an onsite Health Club and Spa, with a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, leisure pool, fitness classes, Thermal Suite and Spa facilities for both our members and hotel guests.  We are looking for additional Leisure Assistants to join our team.

Hours:

  • 5 hrs per week – Full Time Permanent - This role will require the candidate to work nights and weekend working from 10pm - 7am / 10:30pm – 7.30am.
  • 17 – 25.5 hrs per week (2 – 3 shifts per week) – Part Time Permanent – This role will require the candidate to work nights and weekends (a Saturday night will be compulsory for this role) from 10pm - 7am / 10:30pm – 7.30am.

Salary: £21,105 per annum pro rata

 

Short Summary & Key Responsibilities of the role:

To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to Ufford Park Woodbridge, setting the scene for their stay and ensuring that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned.

To complete reception and food & beverage duties accurately maintaining operational standards.

To be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests overnight and to set meeting and private dining rooms to agreed standard and to guests’ specification.

The position requires a flexible approach to accepting reasonable changes or additions in work hours, which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service to hotel guests and customers. This position also requires a flexible approach to cover during periods of staff shortfalls.
