Spring back the good times...

"In light of the latest Government announcement, we are hopeful that we can start to reopen from Monday 29th March, starting with our golf course - let the countdown now begin!

Monday 29th March

Our golf course and driving range is able to reopen in line with Government restrictions.

Monday 12th April

From Monday 12th April, we will be reopening The Park Bar terrace for al fresco dining only. Our gym and indoor swimming pool will also be able to reopen, however, our poolside sauna and steam room must remain CLOSED until Monday 17th May (earliest).

Beauty treatments in our salon will be available, however, our Thermal Suite Spa must remain CLOSED until Monday 17th May (earliest).

Wedding guests will rise from 6 to 15.

Monday 17th May

Our hotel will reopen to leisure guests, as well as our Thermal Suite Spa. Indoor hospitality can also return, so our Park Bar and Restaurant will also reopen.

30 people will be able to attend weddings, receptions, wakes, funerals and christenings.

Monday 21st June

All limits on social contact, such as the 'rule of six', to be removed for both indoor and outdoor settings. Larger events can go ahead and other businesses which previously couldn't open, will be able to reopen.

As stated by the Government, all of these dates are subject to change.

For more details on each area of the business, please see below.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your understanding and support throughout the last year, especially to those of you that physically came to visit us. Being a relatively small and independent family business, we couldn’t have made it through this year without each and every one of you.

As a business, we believe we have done everything that we possibly could to ensure Ufford Park is as COVID-secure as possible and to keep our members, guests and staff safe, but we understand the necessary action the Government has had to take.

The journey ahead for us all still won’t be easy, but I am positive we can get through it together. I have been so proud to see how well my team – The Ufford Park Family – have pulled together through this unpredictable year, and I am very optimistic that Ufford Park will come out the other side of this even stronger!

In the meantime, stay safe and we hope to see you soon. Please do keep an eye on our social media channels and website for our latest updates."

Tarnia Robertson

Book with confidence...

We want you to be able to book without having to worry about what will happen if your holiday has to be cancelled. We have temporarily waived the standard cancellation policy meaning that you are protected if the following applies:

  1. The Government ban travel out of your area, or into Suffolk
  2. Overnight stays are not permitted
  3. The ‘rule of 6’ makes your holiday impossible

In any of these cases, you will have the following options:

  1. Move your booking. This can be for any stay up to 12 months ahead. It can be for a like for like booking, or something different (subject to availability). The price you pay may be higher or lower depending on the dates and time of year. If higher, you can simply pay the difference. If lower, you will be refunded the difference. There will be no admin fee or other charges.
  2. Take a credit note. This is ideal if you know you still want to come to Suffolk, but are unsure of dates.
  3. Have a refund. We will happily refund the full amount you have paid for your holiday, including the deposit.

We reserve the right to make changes to the temporary policy waiver but if we do so, we will give you a minimum of four weeks’ notice. Cancellations for other reasons are according to our standard Terms and Conditions.

If you booked your reservation via a third party (e.g., Spa Breaks, Golf Breaks and others), please contact them directly for assistance.

All gift vouchers with an expiry date between 1st April and 31st December 2020 will be automatically extended.
