Health Club and Spa: Following the recent Government announcement, although our Beauty Salon is able to reopen on Monday 13th July and our Swimming Pool and Gym on Saturday 25th July, we have not yet set a date of when these will. Whilst our hotel facilities have temporarily had to close, we've had a dedicated team of staff putting their time to good use ready to welcome you all back again.
We have reviewed all of our procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and our team is at the forefront of everything we do. Here are just a few of the measures that we have put in place:

Although things may look a little different when you visit us again, our friendly team will be on hand to ensure we still offer that fantastic service and the enjoyable experience you have come to expect. As always, the safety of our visitors and staff is priority, so our team have worked tirelessly over the last few days to make sure all the steps are in place to ensure this continues to be the case.

On arrival, we are required to take names and contact details of all of our guests. These will be stored securely in our safe and destroyed after 21 days. None of your data will be used or passed on for any other purpose, other than track and trace, and only then if requested.

Is your golf course open to 4-balls and visitors?
Simply, yes. We are open to both members and visitors, every day between the hours of 8.00 - 18.00.
Do I need to book?
We ask that you pre-book your tee time online at http://www.brsgolf.com/uffordpark/visitor_menu.php
Can I sign up to become a member?
We are indeed taking new members; some membership categories are subject to availability. Prices and our application form can be found via our website at https://www.uffordpark.co.uk/golf/golf-memberships/

Is your driving range open?
It certainly is! The opening hours are 10.00 - 18.00 and you must book a time slot with us beforehand! Slots are available on the hour and in 45 minute sessions, giving us 15 minutes to clean in between customers.
You can pre-book by calling our Golf Department directly on 01394 382836.
When booking, we will need to know what time you would like, whether you are a right/left-handed golfer and we will need to take payment for your basket of balls to secure the booking. If you have credit on your range card, you will need to tell us your card number upon booking, and your basket of balls will then be deducted from your card.
We don't currently have any club hire.
Can we book golf buggies?
You sure can! These can be reserved when you book your tee time online. Complying with current restrictions means we can only allow one person per buggy, unless you are both living in the same household.
Will I lose my deposit?
Of course not. We will transfer it to your new postponed date.
Can I come and look around to see Ufford Park?
We are currently thinking of new ways to show you our superb function rooms at these strange times.
I am planning a future event. Can I still ask questions and get a quote, even if I don't know a date yet?

Will we be able to attend large events soon?
Unfortunately, we don't know what is around the corner regarding large public gatherings, however, we are thinking of new ideas all the time. If you have an idea of an event you would like to see, or that you think would be great in these uncertain times, please share them with us.
What is happening to future events?
We are constantly keeping up to date with the Government guidelines and will be contacting people with bookings in date order.
We are experiencing a high volume of emails so we appreciate your patience at this challenging time and ask that you only email if you have an urgent enquiry regarding an imminent reservation.
Future bookings for Friday 10th July and onwards can be made easily online. We promise to be flexible with future bookings made DIRECT with Ufford Park, either online, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Any new bookings made up to the 31st July 2020, can be booked with the option of terms offering change or cancellation without charge 48 hours before your arrival date.
If you booked your reservation via a third party (e.g. Bookings.com, Spa Breaks, Golf Breaks and others), please contact them directly for assistance.
All vouchers with expiry dates between 1st April - 30th August 2020 will be automatically extended to 18th December 2020.
