At Ufford Park, our experienced, well-trained chefs place great emphasis on quality local ingredients, always insisting on free-range eggs, and, wherever possible, organically grown fruit and vegetables, beef, lamb, chicken, pork and game. This, together with close attention to detail and seasonally-changing menus, are what we believe to be some of the secrets of our success.
