The Park Food and Beverage Manager
Here at Ufford Park, we are always striving for excellence. With this in mind we have created a new role to improve our bar and restaurant’s service standards, even further, as we pursue gold status in the Quality in Tourism Awards.
The role of The Park Food and Beverage Manager has been accepted by long-time member of staff Keith Hannah, who has moved into the role from Conference and Banqueting Operations Manager. Keith is celebrating his 20th year with Ufford Park, having started in 1999 as a Porter and progressing through varied areas of the hotel gaining valuable experience on the way.
To start the ball rolling, Keith has created a new area to welcome guests and give them a space to relax while waiting for their table, along with amending the restaurant’s layout. The Park Bar and Restaurant is now even more accommodating and takes full advantage of its space, giving a superior dining experience.
Keith will also be providing regular training and mentoring to support The Park Bar and Restaurant staff, in order to help them develop in their roles, enhance their customer service skills and deliver the best experience to our guests.
